Whether you're applying to internships or senior roles, Landed acts like a 24/7 career mentor—trained on real industry patterns and optimized to help you succeed.

Why I Built It

I'm a senior software engineer and tech lead, having worked at top-tier tech companies and startups. Over the years, I've conducted countless interviews and been on the candidate side just as often. I've seen how the job search process can be overwhelming, especially when quality guidance is expensive or hard to find.

I've talked with many people—especially recent graduates and career changers—who shared their struggles with the job market. Many had considered hiring career coaches but found the offerings underwhelming: generic resume tips, recycled interview questions, and little personalization. For the cost (often thousands of pounds), it felt unreasonable. I knew there had to be a better way.

Through my experience running mock interviews and mentoring others, I saw that coaching works best when it's tailored and repeatable—not limited to a few one-off sessions. That's when I realized AI could deliver this kind of support at scale. If companies are using AI to screen candidates, why not use it to empower candidates, too?
